Join our Resource Pool Float RN team and gain experience across a variety of acute care units while being trained in specialty care nursing. The Registered Nurse is a practitioner who is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients.

This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population in the acute care setting. The Registered Nurse job description has incorporated essential functions which are adapted from the ANA Nursing:
Scope and Standards of Practice, 4th Edition (2021). The Registered Nurse will navigate within acute care units inside their assigned entity.

Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of acute care patient population is required. A minimum of 12 months of recent inpatient hospital nursing experience is preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is preferred.
