Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – All Shifts
Responsibilities of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor and document residents' conditions and progress
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the nursing team
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure excellent resident care
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Previous experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) preferred
- Long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
