American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Step Down/PCU position requiring 2 years of acute care telemetry experience and a WI or compact RN license.

• Med Surg 7W unit within a hospital setting
• May be placed on a PCU, Med-Surg, or Med-Surg Telemetry unit based on skill set and greatest need
• Night shift from 19:00-07:30
• Every other weekend and every other holiday required
• Floating required within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• EPIC EMR experience preferred

• Active WI or compact RN license
• Current BLS certification (AHA)
• Current ACLS certification (AHA)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years of PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry acute care experience
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start
• US Social Security Number and US home address required

• Provide direct patient care on a Step Down/PCU or Med-Surg Telemetry unit
• Radius rule applies; local candidates may be accepted at a reduced rate
• Candidates should discuss assignment extension with their manager approximately 45 days before the end date
