We are seeking a compassionate and dependable LPN to provide 1:1 nursing care for a medically fragile student in a school setting in Milwaukee, WI. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys working with children and wants a consistent school-year schedule.

Position Details

• Full-time, Monday Friday school schedule
• Provide dedicated 1:1 nursing support to one medically fragile student
• Monitor the student's health and medical needs throughout the school day
• Provide nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living as needed
• Communicate with school staff, family, and healthcare providers regarding the student's care
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow the student's individualized healthcare plan

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin LPN license
• Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred
• Experience caring for medically fragile students or patients preferred
• Reliable, compassionate, and comfortable working independently
