Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Clinical Operations (DCO) to join our skilled nursing facility leadership team in Milwaukee.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced nurse leader who is ready for the next step in their career, including someone interested in eventually pursuing a Regional Clinical Operations, Regional Nurse Consultant, or multi-site clinical leadership role
.

What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to nursing leadership and staff.

  • Monitor clinical outcomes, quality measures, and key nursing metrics.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop and implement effective action plans.
