Role Overview:

- Monitor clinical status, communicate vital changes to physicians, and advocate for patients.
- Manage discharge planning for seamless transitions and support patients and families.
- Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or a multi-state license recognition.
- BLS Provider certification from the American Heart Association.
- Graduate of a board-approved RN program; BSN preferred.
- Ability to manage complex workloads.
