Travel RN - Emergency Dept

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position requiring 3+ years of travel ED experience or 5+ years in a large ED setting.

Requirements

• Active RN license (WI or Compact) currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (AHA certifications required)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• 3+ years of ED travel experience or 5+ years of ED experience in a large facility without prior travel experience
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start

Responsibilities

• Emergency Department-Trauma unit setting
• 13-week assignment with night shift schedule (19:00-07:30)
• Works every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH)
• Uses EPIC EMR system
• May be required to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Radius rule applies; local candidates may be considered at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
• Should begin discussing assignment extension with management approximately 45 days before the end date
