Qualifications:

• Valid RN license, eligible to practice in WI
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent CVICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Proficient in cardiac monitoring and management of critically ill patients
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert care to critically ill cardiovascular patients
• Monitor and interpret complex cardiac rhythms and hemodynamics
• Work collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage ventilators and other life-support equipment
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Document accurately according to hospital protocols
