Full-scope CRNA practice supporting general surgery and OB (about 140 births per year)
PICC and central line placement
Join a team of 4 full-time CRNAs
1:4 call with a 20-minute response time
Compensation and benefits
Expected total pay of about $337,000 (± $5,000) including call pay and call-back pay
$10,000 sign-on bonus
$12,000 relocation assistance

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program
Current NBCRNA certification
Wisconsin RN license, or a multistate compact license, or eligibility to obtain one
Current ACLS, PALS, and BLS
Comfort with independent, full-scope practice; OB and regional experience strongly preferred
Able to live within a 20-minute response time of the hospital for call
