American Traveler is hiring an RN Step Down for a 13-week Telemetry Unit assignment requiring 2 years of PCU/Med-Surg Telemetry experience and WI or compact RN licensure.

• Telemetry Unit setting within an acute care hospital
• May be placed on a PCU or Med-Surg/Tele unit based on traveler's skill set
• 12-hour shifts from 07:00-19:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Floating required within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed
• Epic EMR experience required

• Active WI or compact RN license
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• NIH Stroke Scale certification required
• Minimum 2 years PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry acute care experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start

• Credentialing covers both Med-Surg and Step Down (PCU) specialties
• Must complete Step Down (PCU) specialty exam and skills assessment
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility
