• Full-time veterinarian position with leadership scope
• Competitive base salary range of $130,000–$170,000, plus production with no negative accrual

• Modern facilities including in-house lab, digital radiography, surgical and dental suites, and pharmacy
• Experienced, well-utilized technician and support team

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• Hold a Wisconsin State License or have the ability to obtain one
• Confident practicing small animal general medicine and surgery
• Interest in urgent care workflows and managing more complex cases
• Strong communication skills with clients and team members
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to grow clinically and professionally
