Landscaping​/Snow Removal Technician

Bartsch Management is growing and looking to add to our Landscaping team!!

As a Landscaping/Snow Removal Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of multiple property grounds by performing landscaping and snow removal work as assigned.

• Responsible for the ongoing landscaping and snow removal of property grounds as assigned.
• Responsible for mowing, edging, watering, raking, pruning and fertilizing lawns.
• Responsible for weeding and mulching landscape beds.
• Responsible for trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs and removing unwanted, dead or damaged trees.
• Responsible for shoveling, plowing and piling snow.
• Responsible for applying sand, salt, or solutions to melt ice and snow.
• Responsible for alerting the Property Manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
• Maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
• Follow established company policies and those outlined in the Employee Handbook.
• Adhere to all safety precautions.
• All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Projection of a professional image by following the dress code and appearance standards.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license w/insurance and a good driving record.
• A positive, upbeat attitude.
• A work record of good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work well independently and with a team.
• Good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

1 year preferred

Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to stand or walk for long periods of time, load and unload equipment and tools into work vehicles, bending, crouching, and lifting, pushing, pulling, or carrying heavy objects.
