Milwaukee, WI (Southside)
3rd shift, Sunday – Thursday, 10pm – 6:30am
$17 + $1.50 = $18.+50 per hour
Required- Computer literate
- Good basic math
- Attention to detail
- Perform quality check rounds numerous times per day (check paperwork, product conformance, temperatures of processes and storage)
- Collecting samples for quality testing and archiving
- Inspection of food safety and quality practices and paperwork
- Aseptic sampling for microbial analysis and allergen swabbing
- Perform laboratory testing on production samples (pH, Brix, titratable acidity, organoleptic)
- Perform internal quality and food safety audits
- Assist in guiding external auditors
- Calibrate and verify lab equipment
- Generate finished product certificates of analysis
- Other duties as assigned
