Position Title:
KYC Checker
Duration: 10+ months with high possibilities of extension
Location:
Onsite – Milwaukee, WI
We are hiring experienced KYC QC professionals (Checkers) to provide quality control oversight on Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a solid understanding of AML/KYC regulations to ensure accuracy and adherence to TD Bank’s compliance standards.
Ideal CandidateAn experienced compliance professional with proven expertise in KYC quality assurance and a track record of maintaining high standards of accuracy and regulatory alignment.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control of KYC Files:
Review and validate files for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance. - Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure risk classification, customer data, and account documentation meet required standards. - Error Identification & Resolution:
Detect errors or missing information and coordinate timely corrections. - Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Work closely with KYC Makers to resolve discrepancies and provide process guidance. - Reporting:
Document findings, track compliance metrics, and support continuous process improvement.
- Experience:
4+ years of KYC review experience with a deep understanding of AML/KYC frameworks. - QC Background:
Prior experience as a KYC Checker or in a QC-focused role is required. - Skills:
Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and regulatory knowledge. - Communication:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to guide and align with analysts.
