The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in quality assurance within a research and development setting, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

💼 Role: R&D QA Technician

• 🎯 Conduct testing and validation on new products and prototypes
• 🔍 Analyze test results to ensure compliance with specifications
• 🛠️ Collaborate with R&D teams to identify improvement opportunities
• 📋 Document findings and prepare detailed reports
• 🤝 Assist in troubleshooting issues during the development process
• 🔄 Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

• ✅ Minimum of 1 year experience in QA or related field
• ✅Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Food science, biology, chemistry orrelated field (NO Ph.D.)
• ✅Experience with either quality assurance(preferred) or quality control support
• ✅GMP;
  
  Basic laboratory experience: ph meter,spectrometry, pipetting, balances
• ✅SOP, batch record, document control, compliance,CAPA, investigation, deviation
• ✅ Nice to Have:
  
  Lab Vantage or LIMS experience;
  
  Round Robin testing
