V. Marchese Inc. in Milwaukee seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead the Quality Management System and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. This role requires managing plant operations, responding to regulatory requirements, and conducting audits.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Food Science or related fields with a minimum of 3 years of experience in food manufacturing Quality and Food Safety Management, with USDA-inspected operations experience preferred.
Comfortable in both cold and warm working environments, you should have strong management skills and an understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
