Quality Inspector

Shift: 1st, (6:30am-3pm) Pay: $18-$24/hr (Based on experience)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Inspector to join our 1st shift team. This role is responsible for ensuring that products, components, and production processes meet both company and regulatory quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing and electronics assembly, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork.

Job Description
  • Complete daily quality control inspections of supplied components and finished products
  • Perform random inspections of production processes and product quality
  • Accurately document inspection results and quality findings
  • Identify, segregate, and report nonconforming products or components
  • Assist with investigations into quality issues and support corrective action efforts
  • Recommend process improvements and mistake-proofing opportunities
  • Work closely with QC Engineers and Production Supervisors on assigned projects and tasks
  • Participate on continuous improvement and quality project teams
  • Maintain compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Preferred 4–6 years of manufacturing experience
  • Minimum 3 years of electronic products assembly experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience reading and interpreting prints and schematics within the electronics industry
  • Basic understanding of IPC 620A, ISO 9001, and related quality standards
  • IPC Level III Assembler certification preferred
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
