Quality Manager

• Own and lead the Quality Management System (QMS) in alignment with ISO 9001, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and continuous improvement
• Serve as ISO 9001 Management rep and lead internal and external audit activities
• Lead the Material Review Board process, including disposition decisions for non-conforming material
• Manage and develop a small but high-impact quality team, including Quality Engineers, a Quality Supervisor, and inspection staff
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) processes to eliminate recurring quality issues
• Partner closely with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to resolve quality-related issues and improve manufacturability and consistency
• Lead supplier quality initiatives, working cross-functionally with procurement and global suppliers to improve performance and reduce defects
• Oversee customer complaint investigations and ensure timely, structured resolution of quality issues
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing, inspection, and quality systems using structured tools (SPC, PFMEA, DOE, etc.
• Provide quality leadership support to international manufacturing operations to ensure global alignment of standards and practices
• Monitor key quality metrics and drive initiatives to improve yield, reduce scrap, and strengthen process capabilities

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related discipline (or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive experience in quality roles within a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership experience managing/mentoring a quality team
• Experience with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, including acting as Management Representative
• Background in mechanical, industrial manufacturing, machining, or similar high-volume production environment
• Strong supplier quality experience with demonstrated ability to drive performance improvements across the global supply chain
• Experience working in multi-site or globally distributed manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with quality systems and analytical tools such as ERP platforms
