Whenyou’llwork…We are currently hiring an experienced
Plant
Quality Supervisor to joinour 3 rd shiftteam ( 10pm-6:30am).
- Support our productionprocessbymonitoring and verifying proper quality techniques are beingutilizedat all timesaccording to GMP, SOP, SSO, and HACCP guidelines.
- Create,update, andvalidatequality documentation to align with best practices and procedures throughout productionthat meet USDA/FSIS and BRC requirements.
- Supportqualityauditor teamto provide oversight on daily responsibilities and activities.
- Work on a cohesive team where you are empowered tomake decisions that are supported by your quality leadership team.
- Proven ability tooperatesafelynot onlyby following allfood and people guidelinesbut byleading your quality team to effectively support company policies.
- Utilizing knowledgefrom your 1-3 years’ experience providing quality assurancepractices and procedures within the food industry.
- Organized and methodical approach to problem solving–often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadlinesituation wherepolicyknowledge andaccuracyarecritical.
- Designatedlifelonglearner with a strong interestwithexpanding your understanding of food quality and safety procedures and best practices.
- Leveraging yourexcellent communicationskillsto motivateand empoweryour teamandtoensure the whole Palermo’s team succeeds.
