- Calculate and analyze Cp/Cpk for CTQ characteristics
- Support control plan development and partner with production to reduce variation and scrap
Manufacturing Support
- Provide daily floor support for quality-related issues
- Review first article inspections (FAIs) and customer-specific requirements
- Assist with cross-section analysis, plating thickness verification, and lab data review
- Disposition nonconforming material (MRB participation)

- Support supplier performance monitoring, scorecards, and incoming inspection trend review
- Participate in customer quality calls and audits
- Help Sales and Engineering interpret quality requirements for new programs
Continuous Improvement
- Drive Lean / Six Sigma initiatives
- Analyze scrap, yield, and rework data to identify cost-of-poor-quality reduction opportunities
- Improve documentation efficiency and digital quality records
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, or related field)
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing quality (PCB fabrication preferred)
- Experience with SPC, Cp/Cpk, and statistical analysis
- Experience using AI tools
- Strong root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Ability to work on-site in Milwaukee, WI
