Laboratory Technician-- MEHDC

• Perform routine quantitative and qualitative laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Conduct product testing to support food safety, quality, and operations teams
  .
• Monitor laboratory instrumentation and verify equipment performance.
• Perform calibration checks, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on analytical instruments.
• Document and enter test results into databases and maintain accurate laboratory records.
• Communicate test results to internal teams and escape abnormal or complex issues.
• Support food/feed safety, quality, and regulatory programs.
• Follow established food safety compliance procedures and regulations
  .
• Support more complex laboratory trials and experiments under supervision.
• Read and interpret SOPs, safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  .
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
