• Execute comprehensive quality audits and First Piece Inspections to ensure adherence to strict technical specifications.
• Manage nonconforming materials by implementing containment protocols and coordinating with production teams to resolve issues.
• Validate the accuracy of measurement tools, including calipers and micrometers, to ensure reliable data collection.
• Drive corrective action initiatives by utilizing methodologies like 5-Why to address internal KPIs and customer feedback.
• Provide technical guidance to manufacturing personnel regarding quality procedures and updated work instructions.
• Maintain shop floor inspection systems and automated equipment to ensure peak operational performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into Control Plans and PFMEA documentation.
• Uphold rigorous safety standards, including the consistent use of PPE and adherence to industrial hygiene protocols.

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong grasp of basic statistics and mathematical concepts for data analysis.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and maintain physical activity throughout a shift.
• Solid verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration.

• Prior experience with precision measurement equipment and gauges.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and lead problem-solving projects.
• Basic computer literacy, specifically with Windows-based software applications.
