Quality Inspector

As a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in helping to ensure customer satisfaction and product performance.

• Measures and tests products at incoming and final inspection.
• Records and evaluates data, applies quality procedures, and completes documentation.
• Evaluates information and recommends possible corrective and preventative actions.
• Helps investigate customer complaints and develop corrective action plans.
• Helps develop and maintain operating procedures, work instructions, and quality documents.
• Assists production team with proper measurement tools and techniques.
• Special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, or a related field, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineered drawings, GD&T, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Proficient in the use of calipers, micrometer, and depth micrometer.
• Proficient with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong sense of urgency.
