Skills Needed: EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Equivalent experience will be considered.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• A minimum of five years in Industrial Controls produces such as electronic overloads, circuit breakers, pushbuttons, relays, powers supplies, or low voltage distribution system, field commissioning engineering, application engineering and solutions, test engineering, quality engineering, engineering or manufacturing.
• Must be able to work within a matrix organization on a global base.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
• Must be able to work independently
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
• Six Sigma Green Belt or Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ)
• Knowledge of control and automation equipment is a plus
• data collection and analysis experience a plus
• BI experience a plus
