Leasing and Sales Consultant

for Milwaukee Residential Property Management Firm
- Renters Warehouse Milwaukee

Southeastern, WI fastest premier residential property manager, Renters Warehouse Milwaukee, is seeking a qualified candidate to become a Leasing and Sales Consultant. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for the marketing and showing of vacant units (single family homes, duplexes, quadraplex, small apartment buildings) and negotiation of lease renewals within assigned portfolio. This position has the potential to lead into performing real estate sales as well.

Duties include:
  • Perform Rental Market and property price analysis
  • Take quality pictures and build rental listings in advertising syndication software
  • Respond to rental listing inquiries and set appointments to show vacant units
  • Explain application process to prospective applicants
  • Process the background and credit information supplied by applicants
  • Prepare all leasing documents and execute lease signing
  • Collect first month’s rent and deposits from new tenants
  • Conduct move in and move out property inspections

Provide top notch customer service to the property owner, prospective residents, and current residents

Necessary

Skills:
  • Possess or willing to obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson or Brokers License
  • Excellent Communicator
  • Understand the Landlord and Tenant Rights and Responsibilities information provided by the Wisconsin DATCP
  • Thorough understanding of Fair Housing Laws
  • Comfortable with and excel at face to face sales
  • Strong ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Proficiency with online business solutions such as G-Suite or Microsoft Office and other business software
  • Desire to continue learning
  • Open, Honest, Trustworthy, and Dependable.
  • Happy and Energetic attitude.
  • Team Player, Flexible Personality.
  • Motivated and Driven
  • Passion to pursue Real Estate as a career
Compensation:

FULL TIME - Hourly pay plus bonus. PTO and paid holidays

Location:

This position is NOT remote. Office is located outside downtown Milwaukee in the Menomonee Valley.

Hours:

Monday through Friday, Saturdays and evenings required as well
