A leading valuation firm is hiring a certified general license appraiser to conduct on-site property inspections and review appraisal reports. This position is travel-intensive, requiring over 50% travel monthly. Candidates must possess an active real estate license and strong attention to detail. Responsibilities include preparing inspection exhibits, managing travel arrangements, and participating in client meetings. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, and experience with Microsoft tools is desired.
