About The Job
As the central orchestrator and research librarian for our Enterprise Insights team, you will lead workflow optimization and institutionalize knowledge through disciplined archival. We’re looking for an early‑career Research Analyst of hands‑on research and data analysis experience to support consumer insights and business decision‑making. You will leverage AI to enhance insight discoverability, preventing redundant work and maximizing the ROI of the enterprise's strategic investments.
By centralizing these assets, you will accelerate speed-to-insight, allowing leadership to pivot quickly in response to emerging market trends. Ultimately, you will instill a rigorous discipline around intake and knowledge management to ensure every strategic decision is backed by the organization’s collective intelligence, mitigating risk and driving sustainable competitive advantage.
- Intake Process, Documentation & Traffic Support Workflow Oversight:
Manage and monitor research tasks in Jira to ensure project progress and resource efficiency. - Intake Management:
Ensure all initiatives begin with a logged research brief to define objectives and requirements. - Status Reporting:
Provide updates on team capacity and project status based on Jira traffic metrics. - Rights Compliance:
Document and enforce sharing protocols for internal, field, and external access per guidelines. - Insights Curation:
Partner with leads to ensure research outputs are formatted for long‑term searchability and actionability. - Knowledge & Data Management – Knowledge Archival:
Lead the systematic storage of findings across SharePoint and the Research Hub for easy retrieval. - AI Integration:
Leverage approved AI tools to automate the coding, tagging, and searching of research files. - Efficiency Control:
Identify past research to ensure new projects aren’t started when existing data is available. - Quarterly Spotlights:
Produce a quarterly digest of high‑impact findings to drive enterprise‑wide awareness. - Standardization:
Maintain team‑wide standards for naming conventions and folder structures for a “single source of truth.”
The Role
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience or knowledge in research and data analysis, with application of statistical techniques.
- B2C category experience strongly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in programs such as Excel, Access, SQL, SAS, SPSS, Tableau, and business‑intelligence tools.
- Experience with regression, factor analysis, cluster analysis, and other advanced analytic techniques highly preferred.
- Experience in budget management and vendor management.
- Technical market‑research skills including quantitative, qualitative, primary, and secondary methods.
- Degree in business, marketing, social sciences, statistics, or a related field; top‑tier education preferred.
- Financial‑services experience not required, but must develop intimate knowledge of the NM field, markets, clients, and products.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and conceptual skills; ability to be both strategic and tactical.
- Capability to build trust with colleagues and cross‑functional partners by demonstrating business expertise.
- Professional courage in research design, analysis, and interpretation to deliver credible, bias‑free work.
- Commitment to act in the best interest of consumers, clients, and the company.
Pay range: $70,320.00 – $. Geographic‑specific pay structures:
Structure 110: $77,360.00 – $;
Structure 115: $80,880.00 – $. Final salary will depend on skills, experience, market, location, and other hiring‑process factors.
