Job Description
Do you love to research, learn, and write about talent, HR tech, and its impact on business? This role involves continuous learning and sharing insights.
We are looking to add analysts to our Research & Insights group. The team conducts research via surveys, focus groups, and secondary processes. Responsibilities include identifying trends, creating insights, and publishing them in whitepapers, e-books, blog posts, and market studies. Speaking at events is a key part of the role.
This position may be part-time or full-time and is 100% remote.
Qualifications- No prior analyst experience required; we provide training.
- Possess curiosity, critical thinking, a love of writing, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in HR, recruiting, or work technology is a plus.
Salary and position level will depend on experience.
