Lesaffre Yeast Corporation in Milwaukee, Wisconsin is seeking a Bakery R&D Intern for Summer 2027. You will support the technical services team by testing yeast and bakery ingredients, with a chance to pursue an individual project on yeast or dough improvers.
You will collaborate with scientists and bakers to understand ingredient functionality in industrial bakery settings, contributing to innovative solutions for customers and gaining hands-on lab experience this summer.
