Bartender

SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the General Mitchell International Airport located in Milwaukee, WI.

We are currently hiring for Bartenders to work at multiple restaurants located inside the General Mitchell International Airport.

At SSP America, our Bartenders enjoy engaging with guests while serving hand‑crafted beverages and delicious food. Our bartenders stay up-to-date on trends in the alcoholic beverage industry, craft beverages with attention to detail, and work quickly and accurately in a fast‑paced environment.

• Process orders and enter them accurately into the POS system.
• Receive payment from customers and process change.
• Serve cold, frozen, and hot drinks as well as a wide variety of food items to guests.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Maintain a clean work area throughout the day.
• Clean equipment and utensils, remove trash, sweep and mop the work area, and keep surfaces dust‑free.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• At least one year of bartending experience, including certification by a state, federal, or local required training program.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of alcoholic beverages.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
• Basic mathematical skills for operating a cash register, making change, totaling guest checks, counting bank totals, preparing cash drops, and understanding weights and measurements.
