The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and ensuring that the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. The GM works with their leader to set the restaurant’s goals and creates a plan to achieve them.

The GM leads the Department Managers, helping them set departmental goals, following up on their progress, and providing coaching and direction to improve departments. In addition, the GM may be responsible for hiring and developing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong team for the future.

Key responsibilities include maintaining high‑volume operation, meeting quality standards, and driving the team to achieve profit targets.

• Previous experience as a General Manager in high‑volume quick service restaurants.
• Background in hospitality or retail is strongly desired.
• Must be 18 years or older.
