The member assistant – cart attendant helps shape the member’s shopping experience by providing a positive first and last impression and ensuring a well-kept environment in the parking area, helping with purchases, and keeping carts available. You will be on your feet and on the go in all weather as you support member experience.
What you’ll do- Ensure club pickup orders are filled by contacting members to notify when pickup is delayed and informing members when products are unavailable, offering alternative options as needed.
- Ensure items are prepared and packaged according to company policies and procedures; assist members with pickup and loading vehicles; maintain a clean, member-ready area.
- Provide exceptional member service across the club, answering questions and assisting with purchases; maintain parking lot cleanliness; manage carts/flatbeds availability.
- Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety checks and reporting unsafe situations; follow procedures for handling merchandise.
- Assist with transactions and payments as required, using cash registers and supporting various membership and payment types.
- Assist members with transporting items and utilizing cart retrieval equipment according to company policies.
All duties are performed in alignment with company policies, procedures, and ethics standards.
