Good Land Supply Co. is seeking an Associate Merchandiser – Apparel & Accessories to support the development and execution of our product lines within the resort, tourism, and licensed retail markets. This role plays a key part in building organized, on-brand assortments that support our sales team and meet financial goals.
The Associate Merchandiser works closely with design, sales, and operations to help bring product ideas to life—ensuring they are executed accurately, delivered on time, and positioned for success in the marketplace.
Job ResponsibilitiesThis position sits between design, sales, and operations. This role helps turn creative product ideas into organized, profitable, on-time assortments.
Responsible for:
- Launching the process (Forecasted color stories, Inspiration Silhouettes+)
- Managing SKUs, styles, colors, and sizes
- Making sure no ideas “fall through the cracks”
- Tracking samples
- Hitting seasonal calendars
- Making sure product is ready for line reviews, sales meetings, and launches
- Sales analysis
- Trend and market research
- Helping senior merchandisers decide what stays, what goes, and what scales
- Translating ideas into executable details everyone can act on

Product & Line Management- Support the seasonal line creation process in alignment with brand direction, customer needs, and market insights.
- Maintain line plans, style data, SKU counts, and seasonal product documentation.
- Assist in creating and updating line sheets, product briefs, and internal merchandising tools.
- Manage sample organization and preparation for internal reviews and milestone meetings.
- Run creative meetings with meeting agenda's, ensuring all deliverables are clear and executed
- Conduct competitive research to track trends in silhouettes, pricing, materials, and decoration techniques.
- Analyze sales performance and customer feedback to help inform future product decisions.
- Identify opportunities, risks, and gaps within current assortments.
- Maintain merchandising calendars, reports, and tools used for planning and decision-making.
- Support preparation for line reviews, go-to-market meetings, and internal presentations.
- Ensure merchandising deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Help maintain organization of the product room, seasonal boards, samples, and visual assets.
- Take ownership of details, deadlines, and follow-through.
- 1–3 years of experience in apparel merchandising, product development, or planning.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and comfort working in merchandising or PLM systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Passion for apparel, trends, and consumer behavior.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
- PowerPoint and FlexPLM experience required.
