PGA TOUR Superstore - - - Responsibilities:
Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.;
Focus on building lasting relationships that keep the Customer coming back.;
Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Soft Goods areas (Men's and Women's Apparel, Juniors, Footwear, Clearance, and Fitting Rooms);
Maintain a working knowledge of Front-End operations such as returns, exchanges, gift cards, lesson redemptions, loyalty program awards, discounts, promotions, coupons, etc. and assist when needed.;
Assist in keeping Soft Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive the Customer experience.
