Overview
Customer Account Representative at Get It Now! provides superior customer service to maintain consumer relationships and meet account management expectations while adhering to company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and delivering total customer satisfaction in alignment with the RAC mission and core values.
The RoleThe Customer Account Representative delivers excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales, account management, and loyalty. The ideal candidate is friendly, has excellent communication skills, an outgoing personality, a desire to learn, and is customer-service oriented seeking a long-term career.
Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Hours are Monday through Saturday, store open to close, with Sundays off and one other weekday off. Schedules and overtime may change throughout the year as dictated by management and business needs.
CompensationThe position is paid hourly in accordance with Get It Now!'s payroll procedures. Compensation is paid out weekly.
$14.45 per hour - $17.00 per hour (Paid out weekly)
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service:
Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through "white glove" service in stores and in customers' homes and obtain new orders when needed on the sales floor and over the phone. - Deliveries and Pickups:
Assist with safe loading/unloading, installation of products, and maintenance of vehicles following all handling and transportation procedures. - Merchandising:
Maintain an inviting store with organized product displays and cleanliness, refurbish merchandise to like-new condition, and keep showroom dusted, vacuumed, and organized.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or GED
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid state driver s license and good driving record – You WILL be driving company vehicles
- Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
