General Merchandise Team Associate

Job Overview

General merchandise associates greet customers on the sales floor, offer assistance, and recommend merchandise based on the customer's wants and needs. They maintain Hobbies & Home Improvement displays in proper order throughout the day and may be required to mix paint and cut fabric.

• Hourly wage: $14 - $27 per hour (actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location)
• Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
