Description
Job Title: Bakery Clerk
Department: Bakery
Location: Sentry Foods – 92nd & Lisbon
Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
We are looking for a friendly and dependable Bakery Clerk to assist with preparing, packaging, and stocking fresh bakery items while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Package, label, and stock baked goods (bread, donuts, cakes, cookies)
- Maintain clean and organized bakery displays
- Assist with basic baking tasks (icing, decorating, baking off products)
- Monitor freshness and rotate product as needed
- Take customer orders and answer product questions
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with deliveries and stocking
- Customer service mindset
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous bakery or food experience is a plus (not required)
