Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement. Schedule Monday–Friday, weekends not required. 2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to install and update sales floor fixtures and end‑caps, perform buildouts, resets, and display repairs, and follow planograms and client directives.

- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
- Respond promptly and communicate consistently with field services management (within 24 hours of contact)
- Keep availability updated and accurate
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures
- Complete required forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site
- Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests
- Perform break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are functional
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines
- Assist other team members as needed to achieve team success
- Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily with needed corrections
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Participate in training and certification programs
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows
- Available for weekend assignments as needed
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt
- Follow all directives and execute tasks fully and completely
- Collaborate with shared services team to achieve goals, communicate, and drive solutions while ensuring operational efficiencies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders
- Show professionalism, effective communication, and strong leadership while representing the company
- Maintain transparent, respectful communication with all team members
- Ensure customer and client satisfaction meets or improves upon shared‑service field KPIs
- Be open to providing and receiving feedback
Age / Eligibility
Must be 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States.
Availability
Flexible availability Monday‑Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed; maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Physical Abilities
Climb a ladder up to 10 feet, lift/carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
Adaptability
Adjust to varying tasks and work environments.
Communication Skills
Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clocking in/out, uploading photos, downloading applications, and connecting to the internet; respond within 24 hours of contact.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
Experience
Preferred installation and merchandising experience; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram directives.
Technology
Own an Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms and applications independently.
Training
Complete all training assignments and tasks within designated time frames; work collaboratively and autonomously.
Transportation and Travel
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
Leadership & Communication
Superior leadership skills; strong professional communication and presentation skills; sound decision‑making; good judgment; problem‑solving; excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
