We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative (Spanish/English) to join our fast-growing retail team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and want to earn unlimited commission while building strong customer relationships.

• Assist walk-in and call-in customers with wireless products and services
• Communicate fluently in Spanish and English
• Sell smartphones, prepaid plans, accessories, and add-ons
• Activate phones, process upgrades, and handle billing inquiries
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues
• Meet or exceed sales targets
• Stay updated on promotions, pricing, and new technology
• Maintain a welcoming, team-oriented store environment

• Fluent/native Spanish speaker with strong English skills
• Retail sales, wireless sales, or customer service experience (preferred)
• Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and POS systems
• Willingness to learn sales techniques and wireless technology
• Flexible availability (including weekends)
• Reliable transportation

• Monday to Friday
• 10-hour shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Day shift
