Schedule:

Up to 15 hours per week. Saturday and Sunday preferred. Flexible Friday options may be available.

Join HP as a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate and help drive sales, create buzz, and build excitement around HP products at Best Buy.

• Demonstrate HP products to customers and tailor demonstrations to their needs.
• Engage customers, build rapport, and provide an engaging, memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness.
• Report competitive insights and contribute to team goals.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments.
• Assess customer needs, suggest appropriate products, and advise on selections.
• Accurately document sales and communicate activities to Retail Operations.
• Keep work station/kiosk clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Submit all required paperwork accurately and promptly.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least six months of prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Knowledge of HP products and related services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and demonstrating products.
• Ability to overcome objections and connect with customer needs.
• Experience with training or product demonstration is a plus.
• Customer confidentiality must be maintained.

• Stable, weekly schedule.
• Next‑day pay availability via Daily Pay.
