Position
Part‑time Ancillary Sales Team Member (Live Nation venue).
Role OverviewAs a member of the ancillary sales team, you will be responsible for communicating to guests about additional venue amenities such as the Terrace Level, Vinyl Room, Seat Upgrades, and Ticket Specials. This team works closely with the Ancillary Manager and Box Office Manager to determine available offers for each show and how these will be communicated to guests.
Responsibilities- Greet all guests and assist in answering any questions they may have about the venue.
- Communicate daily specials, ticket specials, seat upgrades, etc.
- Assist Ancillary Manager in setting up and breaking down signs, tables, etc. as needed.
- Handle money and balance till at the end of the show.
- Participate in post‑show clean‑up including picking up and sorting trash, recycling and compostable materials.
- Position requires constant walking, standing and occasional sitting; lifting/carrying 25+ pounds.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a pre‑employment background check.
- Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, including late evenings.
