About the Role
All Store Team Members play an essential role in building our company brand by delivering excellent customer service. You will maximize product inventory and support online business operations, ensuring a positive shopping experience. While part‑time and full‑time positions focus on merchandising responsibilities, you may also be assigned sales, front‑end or other duties as needed.
Responsibilities- Maximize product inventory, including processing freight, organizing, distributing, pulling and stocking merchandise, building displays and end caps, placing signage.
- Support digital business operations by fulfilling orders and assisting with in‑store and curbside pick‑up and delivery services, including driving and making deliveries if assigned.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, engaging to build relationships, and informing them about products and services.
- Participate in wine, spirits, and beer training to build product knowledge.
- Maintain knowledge of advertisements, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the store.
- Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of alcohol and maintain a safe and compliant store environment.
- Complete cross‑functional responsibilities and any other duties as assigned.
- Load and deliver orders safely, following company policies and procedures and abiding by all traffic and safety laws. If delivery is an essential job function, you may be required to drive and make deliveries.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of retail experience, with at least 1 year preferred.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale systems and inventory management software.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Physical requirements:
walk, bend repeatedly, stand 8–10 hours a day, safely lift, load, and handle cases and pallets, climb ladders, lift 50lb. overhead and repeatedly; may be exposed to various outdoor weather conditions.
