We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our fast‑paced retail team. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy helping customers, driving sales, and working in a collaborative, supportive environment.

• Greet and assist customers with a positive and professional attitude
• Provide guidance on wireless devices, plans, and accessories
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
• Upsell and cross‑sell products to enhance the customer experience
• Support store operations and promotional activities
• Stay informed on current promotions, pricing, and new products

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail or sales experience is a plus but not required
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Friendly, positive, and customer‑focused attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish/French) preferred
• Flexible availability, including weekends

• 10‑hour shifts
• Monday to Friday + weekend availability
• Day shifts
