Role Summary

As a part‑time Windsor Stock Stylist, you support the leadership team in delivering our mission to inspire and empower women through fashion. You showcase your passion for Windsor by owning merchandise operations in both front and back of house and creating an oasis of style for our customers.

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages customers to return.
• Assist the department manager in re‑stocking, distribution and inventory management.
• Update promotional signage, process shipments and complete markdowns.
• Lead the team to success through strong operational focus and merchandising insight.
