Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate at the Harley-Davidson Museum Shop is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting guests with their purchases, and ensuring a memorable retail experience. This role involves maintaining store presentation, handling transactions, and embodying the Harley-Davidson brand in interactions with visitors from around the world.

• Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and assisting with product selection.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain store appearance by restocking merchandise, organizing displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
• Assist in executing promotional events and sales initiatives.
• Develop and maintain strong knowledge of Harley-Davidson products and brand history.
• Uphold security measures and loss prevention strategies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet sales goals and enhance the customer experience.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to operate a point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions. Enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson and its brand culture. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and special events. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
