Outpost is seeking a Traveling Meat Journeyperson certified in meat cutting to join the organic/natural meat departments. The role requires cutting beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry and seafood with emphasis on quality service.
Ideal candidates have Cryovac experience and are able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and evenings. This position reports to the Meat Coordinator and is hourly with union affiliation.
