Inventory Specialist

Pink Moon Bay is looking for a part-time Inventory & Fulfillment Associate to join our Milwaukee team. This is a behind-the-scenes operations role, not a sales position — you won't be working the floor with customers in store. Instead, you'll be the person who keeps our inventory accurate, our shipments moving, and our customers taken care of when they reach out by email.

You'll work in person alongside our co-founders and store managers, but you should be comfortable managing your own workload and getting things done without needing to be walked through every task.

Part-Time Inventory & Fulfillment Associate — Pink Moon Bay (Milwaukee)

Location: Milwaukee, WI (in-person)
Schedule: Part-time Start date: ASAP

• Upload and manage inventory listings in Shopify, keeping product details, quantities, and pricing accurate and up to date
• Print and distribute price and product tags
• Handle customer complaints and inquiries that come in via email, responding professionally and resolving issues in a timely way
• Transfer inventory between store locations
• Receive and manage incoming shipments, checking them in and getting stock ready for the floor
• Take on other operational tasks as needed

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, especially when working in Shopify
• Comfortable working independently and prioritizing tasks with minimal supervision
• Strong written communication skills for handling customer emails
• Reliable and able to be on‑site in Milwaukee
• Prior experience with Shopify, inventory management, or retail operations is a plus, but not required
• Available to start immediately

• This is a part‑time, in‑person role based at our Milwaukee location
• You will work closely with Pink Moon Bay's co‑founders and store managers
• This role does not include customer‑facing sales on the floor
