Tow Lot Assistant Window

Our client, a leading organization in vehicle management and parking services, is seeking a Tow Lot Assistant Front Desk to join their team. As a Tow Lot Assistant Front Desk, you will be part of the Tow Lot Operations team supporting customer service and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $18

** Shift: 1st shift 8am-5pm every other Saturday required.*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Interpret and explain parking regulations, city ordinances, and statutes to customers and team members.

+ Review and verify submitted documents for validity and compliance with relevant statutes.

+ Process approximately $3,000 daily in cash, credit, or check payments for towing and storage fees, parking permits, vehicle sales permits, DMV transactions, parking citations, payment plans, and vehicle bills.

+ Reconcile cash deposits with drawer reports and identify and report discrepancies.

+ Handle customer inquiries in person, via telephone, and online, providing professional assistance and resolving issues efficiently.

+ Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

+ Attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Customer service experience preferred but not required.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
