This role is perfect for anyone who enjoys working outdoors, staying busy, and creating beautiful displays that customers love.

While this is a seasonal role, Hampshire Farms is always looking for strong performers. Many of our merchandisers have gone on to return season after season, take on expanded responsibilities, or be considered for internal opportunities. • Water, prune, and care for flowers and plants.
• Merchandise and organize live goods to create eye-catching displays using planograms.
• Set up product layouts and maintain a clean, inviting space.
• Push/pull racks of product and assist with product flow

Every day brings something new, and your work directly impacts how the Home Depot garden center looks and feels.

• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs
• Comfortable with bending, twisting, pushing, and pulling
• Must be 18+
• Must have a smartphone
• Retail or merchandising experience is helpful, but not required

• $30 monthly cell phone reimbursement
