Resume Writing Group is looking to hire a talented sales professional who can come on board and start generating revenue immediately. Our company is a well‑respected professional resume writing service that has been in business for over 20 years. We’re seeking a sales pro who can prospect for new B2C sales and create long‑term partnerships for our organization.

Responsibilities

(This is a flexible, work‑from‑home role and is a commission‑only position / We operate on a very short sales cycle, talented sales professionals will start earning commissions within the first week)

  • NO COLD CALLING - you use our internal database of leads to conduct outreach
  • Comfortable in a one‑call/one‑close environment
  • Reach out to prospective customers via phone, email, and SMS
  • Follow‑up with warm leads to increase conversion rates
  • Conduct 1‑on‑1 sales consultations in a consultative selling environment (explain the value proposition of the service to the customer to help them understand the benefit to them)
  • Overcome rejections by understanding and conveying Resume Writing Group's value proposition
  • Maintain strict client confidentiality
  • Take and transmit customer information between team members clearly and succinctly
  • Work with customers calmly and professionally at all times
Qualifications Must haves:
  • Ability to deal with rejection while remaining informative in a consultative environment (resiliency)
  • Ability to show professionalism and quickly foster relationships (trust)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment (work ethic)
  • Ability to close in one conversation - you must be comfortable asking for the sale, overcoming objections, and thinking on your feet
  • Strong computer aptitude (Must have familiarity using email, phones, and CRMs to contact customers, enter customer information, and conduct necessary admin tasks)
Nice to haves:

Previous experience in a hunter/closer capacity.

Experience using Intercom or other sales/CRM systems.

Past accomplishments such as revenue you've been able to generate for previous employers.

This role is 100% remote, requires no travel, and you get to set your own hours. The ideal candidate will have great phone presence, be comfortable setting their own schedule, and be able to work with little‑to‑no supervision.
